Este curso tem como meta possibilitar ao participante o conhecimento da metodologia Lean Startup (Eric Ries) ou Startup Enxuta, para implantação de novos negócios e lançamento de produtos e serviços, de forma sistemática e, ao mesmo tempo, inovadora.

conhecer a terminologia e os principais conceitos relativos à filosofia lean: MVP, prototipagem, Pivôs, entre outros.
analisar a evolução das técnicas de produção e
